My half-day training creates safe environments  which allows individuals to explore the complexities of racial inequalities, ask questions, share their experiences and take part in healthy discussions. This interactive approach not only makes the process enjoyable, but also helps to reinforce the concepts being taught.

Despite the condensed format, this half-day training is comprehensive and covers all the essential aspects of the topic.

Individual support is designed to provide one to one assistance using a coaching approach and elements of neuro linguistic programming. Working closely with individuals to understand their, circumstance, challenges and asprations.

Group based support for organisation's employees. Working with upto ten in a group, my organisational support project aims to not only help individuals excel in their roles but also ensure they feel valued and supported by their employer.

I understand that each employee plays a crucial part in the success of their organisation, therefore I provide a range of support approches designed to enhance their skills, boost their morale, and promote their wellbeing. 

My consultation service offers  a virtual space to explore ways in which we can work together to create change. 

I have a proven track record of engaging audiences with my dynamic, honest, raw presentation style and thought-provoking insights. I have spoken at a number of events, including the one Welsh public 

service approach  to anti-racsim summit where I received outstanding feedback for my ability to connect with the audience and convey complex ideas in an accessible manner. 

These workshops aim to create a safe and open environment where young people can learn about different races, cultures, and experiences. I cover topics such as the history of racism, the impact of racial stereotypes and biases, and the importance of diversity and inclusion.My goal is to empower young people with the knowledge and skills they need to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive society.
