 We will never have a perfect understanding of every world culture, but that should not deter individuals or organisations from learning more about the people and world around them. Fully Dedicated was established to support orgnisations to embed an anti-racist approach into their environments and have a better understanding of the term cutural competence. This does not solely mean people of different racial and ethnic groups, but can also be broadened to include socioeconomic and environmental disadvantages in addition to gender, sexuality, religious and language inequalities. 

Having worked in the sector for a decade, Vibe Youth CIC was established in 2017 to support the social, emotional and personal develpoment of children and young people. Using personal lived experiences, the pillars of youth work, coaching, neuro linguistics and elements of CBT, we are able to offer a different approach to understanding emotional and mental wellbeing distress.

 Working alongside the Criminal Justice Board for Wales to help address the systemic discrimination and disadvantages experienced by Black & Minority Ethnic people in the Criminal Justice System. The panel actively challenges, champion, and provide advice on Wales’ approach to tackling racism.
