Jacob Henry is a trainer and consultant - Fully Dedicated. He also sits as a panel member for the independent oversight advisory board for the criminal justice anti-racism action plan and co-founded Vibe Youth CIC, a social enterprise based in Swansea that supports the social, emotional and personal development of children and young people.

Jacob is a qualified youth support worker, certified coach, certified neuro linguistic practitioner, and has qualifications in counselling concepts. 

THE WHY

"My experiences in life have given me the opportunity to educate individuals about the realities and impacts of racism, leading to greater awareness and understanding. Hearing about my personal experiences, I hope it can challenge stereotypes and prejudices, as well as promote a more accurate and nuanced understanding of different racial and ethnic groups.

By understanding racist experiences, I hope this motivates individuals to take action against racism and work towards social change, and insights from not just my racist experiences but also others who speak out about this can inform the development of policies and practices in various sectors like education, healthcare and the criminal justice system to ensure they are equitable and inclusive."
