Jacob's goal is to create safe spaces for individuals to feel confident and comfortable to explore somewhat difficult conversations. Jacob supports and encourages organisations and individuals to be aware of their own world views and values, look at dominant societal themes and stereotypes relating to different cultures and develop positive attitudes towards cultural differences and become a positive ally towards challenging racial inequalities.

I am Jacob Henry a trainer and consultant - Fully Dedicated . I also sit as a panel member for the independent oversight advisory board for the Welsh Government's anti-racism action plan. I co-founded Vibe Youth CIC, a social enterprise based in Swansea that supports the social, emotional and personal development of children and young people.
